The martyr Prof. Dr. Ahmad Al-Dalu worked as a university professor in Clinical Pharmacology at Al-Ribat National University and Taif University in Saudi Arabia. He later returned to serve as the Dean of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences at the University of Palestine in Gaza (2019 - 2022).
