Director of Field Hospitals in Gaza, Dr. Marwan Al-Hamas:
The Israeli occupation does not abide by the humanitarian protocol or any other commitments.
Only 120 patients left for treatment outside the Strip.
The occupation refuses to allow field hospitals to treat patients and the wounded.
Only 76 aid trucks entered the Strip, including medical supplies that are not priorities.
There are no blankets and winter clothes in light of the cold weather.
We have a list of 35,000 patients in dire need of treatment outside the Strip.

Statement
The second round of an emergency polio vaccination campaign is scheduled to start on 14 October 2024 in Gaza, to vaccinate an estimated 591 700 children under ten years of age with a second dose of the novel oral polio vaccine type 2 (nOPV2) vaccine.
It is very cold these days; blankets are extremely needed, yet they are used to cover the bodies of the slain Palestinians because hospitals have run out of shrouds.
_Dear World:_ We dont need food nor drink as we will be murdered soon. Please *send some shrouds* to cover our corpses so that you wont be disgusted by the scenes of our blood and wounds.
