The platform "Documenting the Targeting and Destruction of the Health Sector in the Gaza Strip" presents accurate and detailed information about the Israeli assault on health during the genocidal war. This includes data on the attacks on healthcare facilities and health workers who have been killed, abducted, tortured, and maimed by Israeli forces during the genocide, and relevant statements by international organizations and healthcare institutions. These are complemented by original analysis by researchers and authors covering a range of issues in the targeting of the health sector, through which Israeli occupation forces have created a "war biosphere". The martyrdom of Dr. Adnan Al-Bursh as a result of torture in the occupation prisons
Al-Bursh was killed while imprisoned at the Ofer Prison on April 19, 2024. He was subjected to severe torture and his body remains held by Israel.

Dr. Hani al-Haytham was martyred alongside his wife Dr. Samira al-Ghafari and their children Shireen, Tia, Sameer, Wafaa and Sara, as a result of an Israeli airstrike on a residential building. Dr. Haytham had managed to escape al-Shifa hospital without being abducted, only to be targeted in his home with his family.
