The platform "Documenting the Targeting and Destruction of the Health Sector in the Gaza Strip" presents accurate and detailed information about the Israeli assault on health during the genocidal war. This includes data on the attacks on healthcare facilities and health workers who have been killed, abducted, tortured, and maimed by Israeli forces during the genocide, and relevant statements by international organizations and healthcare institutions. Dr. Muneer Al-Bursh, Director of the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, announces that occupation tanks have stationed in front of Friends of the Patient Hospital. Additionally, a report from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs confirms the evacuation of Friends of the Patient Hospital.

And on July 12, 2024, Occupation forces bombed and shelled the hospital, taking it out of service. The hospital had been restored and resumed its services before the recent Israeli operation in the western area of Gaza City.
