About the Platform

The platform "Documenting the Targeting and Destruction of the Health Sector in the Gaza Strip" presents accurate and detailed information about the Israeli assault on health during the genocidal war. This includes data on the attacks on healthcare facilities and health workers who have been killed, abducted, tortured, and maimed by Israeli forces during the genocide, and relevant statements by international organizations and healthcare institutions. These are complemented by original analysis by researchers and authors covering a range of issues in the targeting of the health sector, through which Israeli occupation forces have created a "war biosphere". Read more

Fatima Shalouf was martyred alongside all her family members, consisting of thirteen people, including her brother Ahmed Shalouf, as a result of targeting their home in the city of Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip.

al-Sharafi's martyrdom

Subha Al-Sharafi was martyred along with her husband, five sons, their wives, grandchildren, and a large number of her family members in a massacre that claimed the lives of more than forty martyrs when their home in Rafah in the southern Gaza Strip was targeted.

Doctor, injured, prisoner, martyr: Adnan Ahmad Atieh al-Bursh

Al-Bursh was martyred in Ofer Prison on April 19, 2024 after being subjected to severe torture, killing him. His body is still being held.
