The platform "Documenting the Targeting and Destruction of the Health Sector in the Gaza Strip" presents accurate and detailed information about the Israeli assault on health during the genocidal war. This includes data on the attacks on healthcare facilities and health workers who have been killed, abducted, tortured, and maimed by Israeli forces during the genocide, and relevant statements by international organizations and healthcare institutions. On 7 March, Issam was killed in his family home in the al-Hakar neighbourhood of Deir al-Balah, Gaza. Tragically, Issam’s son also died, while his wife and four other children were severely injured. Issam’s father, brother and sister also lived with him – and his father, sister, and his brother's entire family were likewise killed.
The management of the Friends of the Patient Society Hospital announced via Facebook the resumption of its work and the provision of pediatric services
Dr. Muneer Al-Bursh, Director of the Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip, announces that occupation tanks have stationed in front of Friends of the Patient Hospital. Additionally, a report from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs confirms the evacuation of Friends of the Patient Hospital.
And on July 12, 2024, Occupation forces bombed and shelled the hospital, taking it out of service. The hospital had been restored and resumed its services before the recent Israeli operation in the western area of Gaza City.

Visiting the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis yesterday, I witnessed some of the most horrific scenes I have seen in my nine months in Gaza. This overstretched health facility admitted well over 100 of yesterday’s severe injuries. With not enough beds, hygiene equipment, sheeting, or scrubs, many patients were treated on the ground without disinfectants. Ventilation systems were switched off due to a lack of electricity and fuel, and the air was filled with the smell of blood.

Another school hit.
Once again, @UNRWA school hit by the Israeli Forces.
The school, in the Middle Areas, was home to nearly 2,000 internally displaced, dozens of casualties were reported.
Since the war began, nine months ago today:
- More than half (or 190) of @UNRWA
facilities have been hit, some multiple times, some directly.
Al-Bursh was martyred in Ofer Prison on April 19, 2024 after being subjected to severe torture, killing him. His body is still being held.
Al-Ahli Arab Baptist Hospital was opened in 1882 in al-Zaytun neighborhood south of Gaza City near the St. Philip the Evangelist Church, by English missionaries, led by Rev. Elliott.
The Nasser Medical Complex is the second largest hospital in the Gaza Strip after Al-Shifa, with 1,227 medical staff.
Al-Shifa Hospital Complex is one of the largest health institutions in the Gaza Strip.
Located in the city of Dayr al-Balah, Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital is a major government hospital in al-Wusta governorate in the Gaza Strip.
Opened in 2000, the European Gaza Hospital is located in al-Fukhari in the Khan Younis governorate.
Al-Bursh was killed while imprisoned at the Ofer Prison on April 19, 2024. He was subjected to severe torture and his body remains held by Israel.
The Israeli Airforce struck the house of Dr. Omar Farwanah, which was located in Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood in south-west Gaza. Dr. Omar was martyred alongside his daughter, Dr.
His house was targeted upon his return to visit his family after seven consecutive days of work in al-Shifa Hospital in Gaza. Dr.
He was martyred alongside his father, father-in-law and brother-in-law as a result of a strike of his in-laws' house, where he, his two children and his pregnant wife had fled.
She was martyred alongside her daughter and other members of her family as a result of an airstrike targeting her home in Bureij Camp in the middle of the Gaza Strip.
After he and his mother, Dr. of education and mathematics teacher Dr. Yusra Abdelaziz Maqadmeh, were unreachable for two weeks after the second raid on al-Shifa Medical Complex, the bodies of Dr.
The Hebrew newspaper Haaretz announced that Dr. Iyad al-Rantisi had died in an interrogation center in the city of Askalan, six days after his abduction.
Dr. Midhat Mhaisen was martyred as a result of a strike targeting the hospital, which injured several other doctors.
Occupation forces arrested Dr. Abu Safiya after evacuating Kamal Adwan Hospital, forcing him to walk amid the rubble of the destroyed hospital towards an occupation tank.
Dr. Mohammed Obeid worked at Kamal Adwan Hospital during the final siege on it in Autumn 2024 until it was evacuated completely.
Israeli occupation forces arrested Margaret al-Ra'ee and her husband from their home in Qalqilya.
