Almost a week after the martyrdom of his father, Osama was martyred as a result of an airstrike targeting where he had been displaced, killing him and all who remained from his family, except is brother Mohammed who had travelled to complete his studies abroad. Osama was known among his fifth-year colleagues for his hard work and academic excellence. He had passed the first part of the U.S. Medical Licensing Exams and was working to write a guide detailing his experience to help his colleagues through this exam.
